This 67 year-old woman had breast implants for 35 years. She wanted to have them removed. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office in Fort Worth, she decided to also undergo liposuction of her abdomen and flanks. She wanted to have the fat from the liposuction transferred into her breasts. Her surgery took place in a Fort Worth hospital and took about 4 hours to accomplish.
