This 68 year-old woman did not want to worry about having to carry such a heavy load on her chest when she was in her 80’s. She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office near the Fort Worth Medical District to learn about her options. She had extremely large breasts (look where her nipples are in relation to her belly button). Dr. Kunkel performed her breast reduction surgery using a free nipple graft technique.
