This 50 year old woman from the Azle/Saginaw/Lake Worth area of North Texas liked how she looked in clothing but wanted to enhance the overall appearance of her breasts. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in his Fort Worth office she decided to undergo breast lifts and not to have implants placed. Rather than having breast implants, she chose to undergo liposuction of her flanks and have the fat injected into her breasts. Dr. Kunkel performed inverted-T (“anchor”) pattern mastopexies and liposuction, placing the fat in the upper areas of her breasts. She also underwent a tummy tuck as part of a mommy makeover.
