This 49 year-old woman had undergone breast augmentation 18 years previously. She had a 390 ml silicone gel implant on the right side and a 420 ml implant on the left. She thought her implants were too big for her and decided to have them removed. Dr. Kunkel removed the implants and scar tissue capsules. Breast lifts were also performed.
