This 49 year-old woman underwent breast augmentation with 210 ml silicone gel implants and breast lifts. Over the next 8 years she gained weight, resulting in her breasts changing in size and appearance. She decided she no longer wanted to have breast implants. Dr. Kunkel removed the breast implants and performed breast lifts (mastopexies). The procedure was completed in a Fort Worth outpatient surgery center.
