Case Details

This 44 year-old woman breast-fed three children, is 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs 123 pounds.  She wanted fuller breasts with a lifted appearance.  After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in Fort Worth she decided to undergo breast augmentation and breast lift surgery.  Dr. Kunkel performed the procedure in an accredited outpatient surgery center.  The surgery was completed in 2 hours.  He placed 360 cc round saline-filled breast implants to restore fullness.   Her nipples were elevated using incisions limited to just around the areolas  (“periareolar” or “donut” breast lift/mastopexy).  She wore a 34B bra before surgery and a 34D bra after.   *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
