This 50 year-old woman has two children, is 5’7″ tall, and weighs 128 pounds. She wanted to have more breast fullness and a ‘natural’ look. Because she had a bottom-heavy appearance, Dr. Kunkel tightened the lower areas of the breasts and moved the nipples up using an inverted-T (“anchor”) pattern breast lift/mastopexy technique. To add additional shape and volume, breast augmentation was accomplished using moderate plus profile 345 cc round silicone gel breast implants. The procedure was performed an an accredited Fort Worth ambulatory surgery center.
