Case Details

This 34 year-old woman is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.  She didn’t like that her nipples pointed down, and she wanted to have more fullness.  Dr. Kunkel performed her breast augmentation and breast lift surgery in an accredited Fort Worth surgery center.  The lower areas of her breasts were tightened and her nipples elevated using an inverted-T pattern mastopexy technique.  Moderate profile 390 cc round silicone gel breast implants were placed to add fullness and additional shape.  She wore a 38B bra before surgery and a 36D after.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
