This 32 year-old mother of two wanted to have more breast shape and fullness.  She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office near the Fort Worth Medical District.  After learning about the options, she chose to undergo breast augmentation with 345 ml round silicone breast implants.  The procedure took place at an accredited surgery center.  Her ‘after’ result is shown 6 months later.  She wore a 34C bra before surgery and 34D after.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
