This 38 year-old mother of two wanted to have more fullness in her breasts. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 117 pounds. She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his Fort Worth plastic surgery office. After discussing options, she elected to undergo breast augmentation with moderate plus profile breast implants filled with saline. Her procedure was performed in an accredited outpatient surgery center. Her right breast implant was filled with 450 mL saline and her left was filled with 410 mL saline. She wore a 34B bra before surgery and 34DD after. Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
