This 38 year-old mother of two works out every day. She lost 85 pounds through diet and exercise. She did not like the ‘pooch’ in her lower abdomen or her stretch marks. After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office near the Fort Worth Medical District, she decided to undergo a tummy tuck and liposuction of her flanks. The procedure took place at a Fort Worth hospital and she spent one night in the facility. During the operation Dr. Kunkel removed 7 inches of skin from below her belly button. The liposuction resulted in removal of 1,500 ml of fatty tissue and fluid. Her result is shown 7 months after her tummy tuck surgery.
