This 59 year-old woman has a very active lifestyle. She plays tennis, golf, and is a teacher. She thought that her breasts looked droopy and she wanted a little more fullness. To learn about her options, she visited with Fort Worth plastic surgeon Dr. Kelly Kunkel in his office near the Medical District. She decided to undergo breast augmentation with silicone gel implants, and breast lifts. Her surgery took place at an accredited outpatient surgery center and she went home the same day. Her ‘after’ photograph is shown 6 months later. She wore a 36C bra before surgery and 36D after.
