Case Details

This 56 year-old woman had undergone breast augmentation with 457 ml silicone gel breast implants.  Her right breast implant ruptured years later.  She wanted to have the implants removed and did not want to have new implants placed.  After visiting with Dr. Kunkel in Fort Worth she decided to undergo removal of the implants and the scar tissue around them (“capsulectomies”), liposuction of her abdomen and flanks, and grafting of some of that fat into the upper areas of her breasts.  *Keep in mind that each person is unique, and individual results will vary.
