This 56 year-old woman had undergone breast augmentation with 340 ml saline breast implants 19 years previously. Her weight had changed and she thought her breasts made her look heavy. She visited with Dr. Kunkel in his plastic surgery office in the Fort Worth Medical District and decided to undergo removal of her breast implants. The procedure took place at an accredited surgery center and took about 30 minutes. No drains were required.
